A accreditation ceremony was held to award Mingde Scholarship winners at Lhoka High School on recently. Mingde Scholarship, sponsored by Transglobe Private Trust Company (TPTC), goes to needy students who're excellent in studies. 920 students in Lhasa, Nyingchi and Lhoka were awarded the scholarship amounting to 415,000 yuan this year.
